Digital Services & Custom Work
NimbusMAX primarily provides digital services including web development, design, consulting, and custom software solutions. Due to the nature of these services:
- Custom development work is non-refundable once work has commenced
- Design mockups and concepts presented become property of the client upon approval
- Consulting hours utilized cannot be refunded
Project Deposits & Payments
Our standard payment structure includes deposits to secure your project timeline:
- Initial deposits (typically 50%) are non-refundable as they reserve dedicated time on our schedule
- Milestone payments are due upon completion of agreed deliverables
- Final payments are due before project handoff
Note: If NimbusMAX fails to deliver agreed-upon work within the contracted timeline (barring client delays), unused deposit amounts may be refunded at our discretion.
Subscription Services
For ongoing maintenance, hosting, or subscription-based services:
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime with 30 days notice
- Annual subscriptions paid in full are non-refundable but can be cancelled at renewal
- Unused portion of the current billing period is not refunded upon cancellation
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work and want you to be completely satisfied:
- Unlimited revisions within the agreed project scope
- Bug fixes for 30 days after project completion at no additional cost
- Open communication throughout the project to ensure alignment

How to Request a Refund
If you believe you're entitled to a refund based on the policies above:

- Include your project name, invoice number, and reason for the request
- We'll respond within 2 business days
